Consultations must be scheduled in advance to ensure personalized and dedicated service. Login is required to access the request form.


Here are the details of the available consultation services:

Services Covered:

  • Understanding rules and laws
  • Assistance with the licensure process and responding to board letters
  • Supervision Issues
  • Ethical Issues
  • General Practice Issues


Services Not Covered:

  • Accounting
  • Legal Issues (Typically recommend contacting your Liability Insurance)
  • Business Start-Up, Development, and Marketing
  • Insurance Credentialing

Due to the high volume of consultation requests, our response time is around 14 business days. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we will give your needs our full attention.


Note: Consultations are not available on holidays or weekends. Holidays, Office Closures, and Weekends do not count as business days.

Urgent Issues


  • For urgent issues, you must call to book your consultation.

  • The cost for urgent issue consultations is $50 for members and $100 for non-members.

  • Please note that we cannot guarantee accommodation for urgent issues.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What happens after I submit my Consultation Request?

    Once your consultation request is received. It will be reviewed and matched with the best consultant for your particular issue.  Each consultant have different methods of reaching out.  Most people requesting a consult will receive an email with a calendly link to schedule their consult via zoom. If not, the consultant will email you an answer to your request or attempt to set a time to speak. 

  • Is there a fee for Members?

    Email, Zoom, or Phone consults are free for members. 

  • Can I apply the fee paid for the consults towards membership?

    Yes! Just let your consultant know!
