CE Certificates for the LPCA Convention have been sent from convention@lpcaga.org and contain a LINK to download your certificate.

Check your JUNK and SPAM folder if you do not see the email.

Automated emails with links may be filtered by your email provider and could appear in your Junk or Spam folder. Company or organizational email domains may block these emails entirely due to security settings. If you are not receiving your certificate, we may need to use an alternate email address or another delivery method. Note: Using an alternate delivery method may delay receipt of your certificate.

Participants are responsible for reviewing their CE certificates upon receipt and notifying LPCA promptly of any inaccuracies, omissions, or discrepancies to ensure CE records are accurate and complete.

If your CE Certificate contains any errors or discrepancies, please fill out the Change Request Form.

Please note that any requests regarding missing CE credits require additional processing time for review, verification, manual entry, and confirmation by LPCA staff. Submission of a request does not guarantee immediate processing or approval.

You MUST check in to your sessions via the app once you are at the Convention. The website does not have this capability, and session check in is the only way to let us know you attended a session. This means that the app is REQUIRED for Continuing Education (CE) credit tracking.

If you experience trouble with the app, find a Student Ambassador or LPCA Board/Staff Member for assistance.

Wanting to earn your hours for CPCS Recertification? 

• You'll need minimum 6 hours SPV Ethics and another 6 hours of SPV (Core or Ethics) for a total of 12 hours.
• Depending on the days you registered, pick your options below for the CPCS Track
• Register for your sessions on the Cvent Events app according to the option you choose 

• Dress in layers—conference rooms can be cold
• Wear comfortable shoes
• Bring a water bottle and snacks
• Have your Cvent Events App on a device ready for session check-in!

There will be a Special Drawing Each DAY  to win a certificate for FREE CONVENTION ATTENDANCE or MEMBERSHIP for our 40th Annual Convention in Atlanta, GA in 2028!

1. Make sure you have the Cvent Events App.

2. Check in to the event at the registration desk. This is where you will receive your name badge.

3. Arrive to your session within 15 minutes of start time.

4. Check in to the session using the Cvent Events App. You can do this by navigating to the session, then clicking "Check In" at the bottom right of the screen. 

5. After the Convention, all CEs from session attendance will be sent via email. This may take 1-2 weeks and it may end up in your junk or spam folder. We appreciate your patience as we get your CEs out to you.

Session check in is open 15 minutes prior to session start, through the end of the session. Check in must occur before the session ends.

Why do I need the app?

The app is how we keep track of session attendance and CE Credit. The app is REQUIRED if you wish to earn and receive your CEs. 

What if I have app trouble? 

We can help you troubleshoot! We have Student Ambassadors, LPCA Board Members, and LPCA Staff available at the Convention to help you with any technical difficulties you may be having. We will make every reasonable effort to get your app up and running for use throughout the Convention. 

If you are still having extreme technical difficulties and all reasonable efforts have been otherwise made, please visit a Student Ambassador or LPCA Staff member for next steps. This is a LAST RESORT because "next steps" are enitrely manual and could delay your CEs.
