Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get logged in?
Members can log in using the Member Login button on the home page. If you have never logged in to the new site, you WILL have to set a new password. Click "Login with secure code" and enter the email associated with your LPCA account. Then, check your email inbox, junk, or spam folder to retrieve your code, input it, and get logged in.

I am not receiving the secure login code. What do I do?
It is likely that the system either does not recognize your email, or your login code is being sent to junk/spam or being filtered out by your email domain.
If the system does not recognize your email, try another email as you may be recognized under a different email address.
If you do not see the email in your inbox, junk, or spam folder, your email domain could be blocking these emails. You may have to get in touch with someone to fix this, either with your domain system by marking us as a safe sender, or with LPCA by changing the email address you use with us.
Where are my On-Demand Courses?
LPCA Staff is still working to get your On-Demand courses available to all those who have purchased our courses in the last year. This may take some time, so we appreciate your patience. If course access is needed as soon as possible, reach out to admin@lpcaga.org.
How do I schedule a consultation?
You can do this from the website public page, or from the member center. The video above shows how to do both options.
